This Toolkit for Youth Service Providers was developed by the Hawai'i State Department of Human Services IMUA demonstration project which served 80 youth transitioning from school to work. It is a comprehensive tool that can be used by job coaches, employment specialists, trainers, teachers and other stakeholders in vocational rehablitation to enhance employment outcomes for individuals with disabilities.
