Peer Mentoring for Employment Success

Peer mentoring for youth and adults with disabilities to improve employment outcomes includes many levels of decision-making. This webinar will discuss a supported decision-making process and engaging peer mentors to assist a person with a disability through the many choices they will face in their employment search, placement, and  maintenance. Combined with learning their own self-advocacy and self-determination skills, peer mentoring is a powerful tool that can assist any person to experience employment success.
