Individual Employment Goals: Ethical Considerations of Vocational Rehabilitation

The key to choosing a vocational goal is good information. This interactive session will focus on the role of the Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor in employment selection. We will demonstrate how to use the six guiding principles of the CRCC ethical code to evaluate the decision making process and ensure balance of informed choice and financial responsibility guidelines. Examples will be provided, as well as solicited from the audience.
