Registration Deadline:	Registration will be closed 7 days prior to training commencement.
Cancellation Policy:	Cancellations must be made 2 weeks prior to training to receive a full refund. No refund will be provided if cancellation is made within 2 weeks of training. Please fax cancellation to (940) 565-3960 or email UNTWISE@unt.edu.
