The Vocational Adjustment Training course is designed to provide you with the skills and knowledge to effectively assist a consumer to learn skills needed to become work and job ready. As VAT requires a vast amount of knowledge and skill, a variety of activities and assignments are utilized to reinforce learning. Crystal Hummel George, M.S, CRC, is the lead instructor and will provide feedback to each participant to help them hone their skills to meet the Texas Vocational Rehabilitation Program (VR) service delivery requirements for VAT. This 24 hour course will provide information on:

NOTE: In addition to the VAT Credential, the Texas VR program requires all VAT trainer have a minimum of 60 college credit hours.
