Martha Garber, pictured second from the left back row, attended the WIOA National Convening as a part of the Texas delegation charged with expanding collaborations among workforce partners in Texas. The National Convening brought together over 700 workforce professionals representing State workforce teams from across the nation. The Texas delegation headed by TWC Commissioner representing the public Andres Alcantar, Commissioner representing employers Ruth Hughs and Executive Director Larry Temple and included representatives from workforce, adult education, and vocational rehabilitation programs.
