Kaya earned her B.A. in Psychology from the University of North Texas in 2022. She is passionate about helping people unlock their full potential by developing tailored plans that set individuals and teams up for success. One of her favorite parts of the role is providing behind-the-scenes support to those making a meaningful impact in the community. Kaya thrives on building connections and fostering environments where people feel valued, heard, and excited to contribute each day. Whether she’s equipping teams with the right tools or cultivating a positive workplace culture, she is committed to helping others shine.

Outside of work, Kaya enjoys spending time with her cat, Bean, and connecting with friends.
