Era Shyle

Era is currently the Lead Admin Supervisor for UNT WISE, overseeing administrative operations with a wealth of diverse experience spanning various sectors.

Before her current role, Era spent a year as a Program Project Specialist for UNT WISE, refining her project management skills. She also worked as the ENGAGE Administrative Coordinator for two years and as a Senior Administrative Specialist for three years, showcasing her expertise in educational administration.

Era’s career began with a decade of service in the Albanian Armed Forces, where she held roles as a training instructor, finance specialist, and logistics specialist, while earning her Bachelor's in Business Administration. After retiring as a captain, she moved to Texas in 2015, transitioning into the healthcare industry, managing accounts for a rehabilitation facility.

Outside of work, Era enjoys traveling, spending time with family, and reading, reflecting her diverse interests.
