Employment Services Credential Renewal Application

We strongly recommend submitting your renewal application at least 6-8 weeks before your credential(s) expiration date to allow enough time for review and processing, and to avoid a lapse in your credential(s).

You can find your credential(s) expiration date on the UNT WISE Searchable Portal.

  • Applications submitted after the expiration date will incur a late renewal fee.
  • Applications will not be accepted more than 90 days after the expiration date.
  • Please review our renewal policies for full details.

Application Submission Process:

Step 1: Complete Your Renewal Form

Download and complete the UNT WISE Credential Renewal Application Form. We recommend filling it out as you complete your CEUs, as the form automatically calculates your total CEUs.

Step 2: Gather External CEU Documentation

Download copies of all external continuing education certificates of completion. Each certificate must include:

  • Your first and last name
  • Number of CEUs or training hours earned
  • Date of completion
  • Training provider name

Before including external certificates of completion with your renewal application, we recommend reviewing our CEU criteria to ensure they are eligible. You may also email the documents to wiserenewal@unt.edu for our staff to review.
