At age 18 she started her career providing direct services, later directing an agency for 17 years, and for the past 14 years involved with the Ticket to Work program. A Co-founder and Co-Director of the American Dream Employment Network, a highly respected successful employment network of the Social Security Administration Ticket to Work program, she has provided training and technical assistance to hundreds of private and public, traditional and non-traditional community rehab providers, and state workforce agencies.
