People who receive Medicaid HCBS have the right to live in the most integrated setting and have full access to community living. This training will provide an overview on the relationship between TWS-VRS and Home & Community Based Service Waivers (HCBS waivers). Training will be presented by Sara Kendall, Program Specialist for Texas VR. Participants will acquire a basic understanding of an ESPs role when working with a VR Customer who also receives  services through an HCBS waiver, who to contact for ongoing assistance and materials for independent, more in-depth research into HCBS waivers.
